A a / k / a Beijing Dixon Ticonderoga Stationery Company, Ltd. a / k / a Beijing Dixon Stationery Company, Ltd., and Dixon Ticonderoga Company) has a dumping profit margin up to 92.46 %.
On November 7, 1993, the U.S. Department of Commerce carried out the anti-dumping investigation against boxed pencil made in China. The customs code of the products involved is 96091000. And on November 8, 1994, the final decision of the case was made, ruling that the dumping profit margin of the Chinese enterprises involved was between 0%～44.66%. On January 31, 2012, the U.S. Department of Commerce has, for the 17th times, carried out the anti-dumping administrative review of the case.
