In December 12, 2012, European Commission issued a proclamation that they would repeal the antidumping measures of the disposable lighters produced in China in December 13, 2012. The products involved are in EU’s combined tariff codes, ex96131000 and ex96132090.
In April, 1990, EU initiated an Anti-dumping investigation of the disposable lighters produced in China; In November, 1991, EU made an absolute decree on this case. So far, EU has levied anti-dumping duties of Chinese disposable lighters for 21 years.
